Born as a spirit without any purpose to fulfill, you embark on a journey to learn about others of your kin, overcome impossible challenges, and find meaning in a decaying world. Magicore Anomala is the realization of Dan Salvato's lifelong dream to create a game for Amiga, a home computer released in 1985. Written in m68k Assembly, Magicore Anomala aims to demonstrate that we can apply modern tools, resources, and game design knowledge to revitalize obsolete hardware with incredible new experiences. The special features and limitations of Amiga hardware serve as a catalyst for many creative design choices in this bullet hell game. Although designed for Amiga, Magicore Anomala will also be released on modern systems, made playable via emulation.
